    We strive to deliver orders on time, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as high order volume, courier issues, weather conditions, or public holidays. You can check your order status in your account or contact our support team for assistance.


    Orders can be canceled before they are processed for shipping. To cancel, go to your account, select the order, and choose "Cancel Order." If the order has already been shipped, you may have to refuse delivery or request a return after receiving it.


    Once an order is placed, modifications (such as changing the product, size, or address) can only be made if the order has not been processed for shipping. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible to request changes.

    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can enter this tracking number on our courier partner’s website or track it directly from your SNG eMart Shopping Center account.


    If your order qualifies for a refund (due to product unavailability, wrong item received, or return approval), the amount will be refunded via the original payment method or store credit within 7–10 business days. For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or mobile wallet.
